For confirmed speakers, please fill out the NVG Speaker Information Request form so we can serve and represent you best! The form will provide us with your basic contact information, like bio, AV needs, and travel accommodations.

The information below is to help you format your presentation to maximize visibility for your audience and to support you as needed in developing professional visual aids.

Formatting Guidelines

Sizing
Slides need to be sized for on-screen show with the orientation set for landscape, widescreen 16:9

Graphics
Import graphics and photos in any standard format: .jpg, .png, or .gif, etc.; be mindful of your resolution and the size of your files, compress where possible

Fonts
Headers: Sans Serif fonts, like Calibri or Arial, bolded, -+50pt
Body copy and pre-headers: Serif fonts, like Cambria or Georgia, -+28pt

Colors
For text: Black text on white background is preferred
Avoid reds or light-colored fonts as they won't read well. Additionally, avoid busy backgrounds or animated slide transitions, where possible.
