Press Release Napa Valley Grapegrowers (NVG) has released a special episode of its "Grown in Napa Valley" podcast highlighting two impactful programs: The Patrick Foley Fields of Opportunity Summer Mentorship Program and NVG's Paso Adelante committee. Both programs help shape the future of the wine industry by creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the Napa Valley.
The Patrick Foley Fields of Opportunity program was created in partnership with the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation, Napa Valley Unified School District and the Napa Valley Education Foundation to connect high school students with the largest local industry to explore career options in their own backyard, while the Napa Valley Grapegrowers' Paso Adelante, a committee for young professionals lead by young professionals, provides a space for mentorship and support for those ages 22 to 30 who are establishing their careers in the wine and vine industries.
