Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency will be convening an "expert panel" to review the Draft countywide Strategic Transportation Plan and the proposed Strategies to achieve our goals. Our visiting experts for the evening will be from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and the University of California . They will be joined by local transportation policy experts.
After the initial presentation and panel discussion we will open the floor up to questions and comments.
